A marching band consists
of a band and a colorguard. The colorguard adds the visual aspect of the music the band plays. It is very critical for a marching
band to have a colorguard to excite the crowd with not only music but color that enhances the songs!

When considering the colorguard, one needs
to have a few characteristics to succeed and have fun. Hand-eye coordination is a must in order to spin the flag to the music
and also rhythm to stay on the right step. Also for the performance aspect, one needs to be confident and know how to smile!
Finally, a good attitude during a hard practice is a must!!

one to bond with other girls and have a lot of friends throught the band that are dependable. When entering high school or
college, getting involved in an activity like this helps the school transition to go smoothly. The friends that are made through
an organization like marching band will last a lifetime.
